After hours emergency instructions:
If you are having a life threatening emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room. Prescription refills are processed during regular business hours, and is not considered an emergency.
Call the office for instructions on who to call for an emergency. The names and phone numbers will be on the answering service to let you know who to reach for an emergency.
There is a charge for calls made to the providers after hours.
Your mental health care provider will tell you how often you should visit for follow up appointments. This may vary depending on your diagnosis or chronic disorder. Treating symptoms and or side effects before they become severe is in your best interest for your quality of life. Adopting good habits, keeping scheduled appointments and following the treatment plan will help you maintain the best mental health possible.
We have chosen not to contract with any insurance companies, however, most insurances will reimburse you 50-90% of our fees. You will be required by your insurance company to meet your deductible as well as any co-payment prior to receiving your reimbursement. If you wish to submit for reimbursement, please notify the receptionist so she can provide you with the documents you will need.
You are expected to pay for your appointment prior to seeing the provider. If you are having financial difficulties, this needs to be discussed prior to and not after the appointment.
If you have arrangements with someone else to pay for your appointment, we please ask that you provide their credit card information, or bring a check with you.
