We have chosen not to contract with any insurance companies, however, most insurances will reimburse you 50-90% of our fees. You will be required by your insurance company to meet your deductible as well as any co-payment prior to receiving your reimbursement. If you wish to submit for reimbursement, please notify the receptionist so she can provide you with the documents you will need.
You are expected to pay for your appointment prior to seeing the provider. If you are having financial difficulties, this needs to be discussed prior to and not after the appointment.
If you have arrangements with someone else to pay for your appointment, we ask that you have them contact us prior to your appointment, or bring a check with you.
