When requesting a refill of your medication, please allow 48 hours (2 business days) for our office and your pharmacy to complete your prescription.
If your insurance company requires a prior authorization for your medications, we will submit the PA to your insurance company in a timely manner. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to hear back from your insurance company.
Requesting refills of your medication after missing appointments will not be allowed. You will be required to schedule an appointment, under certain circumstances a partial refill of your medication will be called to the pharmacy.
